During our recent stay for a funeral nearby, we found the hotel to have a clean, attractive design and comfortable rooms that suited our needs. The location was convenient for exploring the Hamptons without the premium price tag. The staff at reception were polite, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. However, some aspects like the plastic and paper cups in the room and the unexpected payment charge were minor inconveniences.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly impressive! the staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly. the hotel provided a shuttle service for both rail and air, which was a convenient touch. the housekeeping was top-notch; my sheets were promptly changed, and fresh towels were always available. the room, although compact, was smartly designed to comfortably accommodate two adults. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was ideal for my needs, being in close proximity to various attractions and amenities.

There were a couple of minor aspects that could be improved. having a paper guide to the TV channels, outlining any charges, would have been helpful.

Everything was simply good. Breakfast was savoury, pleasant views, marvellous location adjacent to Long Island and the highway.

However, the staff was unhelpful and rude, the coffee was undrinkable, and there were issues with smells and noise. The hotel was spacious, clean and had magnificent breakfast. The venue was in a central location close to highways, freeway, south shores. The room was well laid out and airy, had an enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza MacArthur Venue.

The hotel had a restaurant that I really enjoyed during my stay. the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Another great thing about the hotel was its location. It was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. Additionally, the hotel had a 24-hour gym, which was a huge plus for me as I like to work out late at night.

One of the things I didn't like about the hotel was the cleanliness. the carpets in the hallway were dirty and stained, and the room wasn't much better.

Situated right off the highway and in the "business center", there are plenty of things to do nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with bathrooms well-stocked and fresh. Guests appreciate the friendly and professional service, and the breakfast is a hit. The hotel offers a great selection of amenities such as a ballroom, a living room area near the lobby, and complimentary suites.

It was quiet and felt safe, with parking spaces available. the rooms were recently renovated, with a big TV and a spacious shower. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant right next to the hotel for breakfast and dinner. the staff was friendly and sometimes very helpful. the check-out process was fast and contactless.

The fact that up to 2 kids ages 11 and under eat free from the main menu was a pleasant surprise, adding to the overall value of my stay.

Disappointed in the overlooked details: rough towels, bed bug near bed, torn lamp shades, chipped furniture, dusty baseboard, and stained rugs. It's important for hotels to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

We had a fantastic time exploring the Tanger Outlet Centers at Riverhead and Deer Park, and the Patchogue Theatre. The whole family enjoyed the clean, fun, and friendly environment suitable for families and guests of all ages. The guided tours we booked added an extra flair to our vacation, offering an exciting and educational experience for everyone.

In my wife's opinion, a playground or kids' activity area would be a great addition for families with children.

Room maintenance issues.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable king size bed. The linens were fresh and the room was very clean. We enjoyed having a large TV and a coffee maker in the room. The hotel provided plenty of towels and toiletries, and we appreciated being able to use the laundry room. Although there was no fridge in the room, there were vending machines and ice on the floor. it was a nice hotel and worth the price.

The bar area offers a great selection of craft beers and signature cocktails. I had a fantastic time enjoying the live music on the weekend - it felt like a mini music festival right at the hotel!
